The process behind a repeatable programme

  1. 01

    Yarn division

Yarn spun on site to our own specification, controlling fibre quality and removing a key supply-chain variable.

  2. 02

    Knitting division

207 computerised Lonati machines run single-cylinder socks in every gender and size across three shifts.

  3. 03

    Linking & finishing

Seamless toe closure, shaping and pairing are handled individually so defects are caught inline.

  4. 04

    Processing & dyeing

Colour and treatment work follows approved shade standards, with eco-friendly yarn options across the range.

  5. 05

    Boarding

Socks are steamed on hot forms for a smooth surface, soft hand-feel and lasting shape retention.

  6. 06

    Quality & packing

Every pair is inspected, then packed under your label and prepared for export.
