Vertical integration
Yarn spinning moved in-house to strengthen fibre control and shorten lead times. The floor evolved to computerised Lonati machinery and multiple shifts.

207 machines, 150 people across three shifts and 2.4 million pairs monthly—supporting export programmes for brands and retailers.
